Hauser's Complete Care did a fantastic job restoring my front yard after a bubbler system replacement. They laid down fresh sod, regraded a section of the lawn, and removed two old mulch berms — the transformation really brought new life to the space. While the project was rescheduled a few times due to equipment availability, Bryan stayed in communication and made sure I was informed every step of the way. His focus on making sure I was happy with the end result really stood out. I had a wet, uneven backyard with several problem areas that never grew grass. Bryan proposed several different options to help address the issues. We ultimately decided on tearing out the existing yard, adding soil to build up the yard and level it out, and then put sod on top. Bryan and James did an amazing job turning my un level and uneven yard, that was full of weeds into a green lush lawn. Bryan was amazing to work with from start to finish, very knowledgeable in his line of work. Never did I think in a million years I would love grass as much as I do now or would I have ever thought I would have a sod lawn!! I always have thought sod was a fortune, but when talking with Bryan it turned out not to be as crazy expensive as I thought. So we went with Kentucky blue grass sod and I couldn’t have made a better choice. Not having to wait for seed to take and have instant green grass was a great choice! I called for an estimate for topsoil delivered and spread for my right of way. A tree was removed in the fall by the town. Bryan contacted me via text to schedule an estimate. Once they looked at the area, they recommended that I call the town because the town should provide the topsoil. I had no idea. I really appreciate Bryan letting me know this information. After 25 years of trying to trim and shape all the original 35 year old bushes at our home, things became so over grown, it was clear we needed to revamp our beds on the side and in our backyard. We called on Hauser's Complete Care for this project. We wanted more color, more flowering bushes, and less green for nice new low maintenance beds. Bryan was very professional, knowledgeable, and it was clear that with suggestions from us for what we liked, we could trust his creativity with the design. We are immensely satisfied with the final product. We had new edging, shaping, and stone work as well. All this came together perfectly in the end. Bryan's leadership skills were clear. His Crew was extremely hard working. Once lines were marked, the Company immediately started on the work and actually finished within the slotted time frame given. Communication was excellent. I had no issues getting responses from Bryan when I needed them. Everyone was friendly and cordial. The attention to detail was spot on; and this is extremely important to me. Paying for top quality workmanship is hard to come by these days. Overall, my wife and I are extremely satisfied with the result. We cannot wait to see all our new colors when everything blooms. We were in a bind trying to clear out our old house for closing its sale and I called multiple places looking for a dumpster for junk disposal. I had a very large pine tree in the middle of my lawn which kills all the grass. They cut off 8 feet from the bottom so the house and lawn are now visible. I also had a plumbing issue and the company dug out the whole right side of my lawn to get to the pipe. They left excess clay dirt from the digging and told me it would settle after a few months. It didn't. Bryan got rid of all the clay and added sod to whole front lawn. They also removed my over grown bushes in the front yard. They created raised beds and planted bushes and shrubs to the front. It now looks completely different and fantastic. I highly recommend them. See more See less
